Booking and Cancellation Policy
1. Booking can be made through phone, e-mail or personally
2. When asking for appointment please tell the reason of it – check-up, pain ect so we can allocate enough time to solve your problem
3. Emergency appointment: you can get same day emergency appointment if you have severe pain, but please be aware you may have to wait – as the main aim is pain relief, we cannot guarantee final solution will be made (may have to come back for treatment) – min. fee: 20 € (more if treatment is done as well)
4. Cancellation: please cancel your appointment if you cannot attend min. 24 hour before your booked appointment time
5. Patients who fail to attend without notice, will have to pay a rebooking fee from 10€– if this happens more than 3 times, we are very sorry but cannot see you any more
